However, creating navigation points within a video is possible with other technologies today. An indexed, or a video with navigation points, allows you to click on specific points in a video–so if you want to review the steps on how to adjust a value on an engine, you simply click on that point within the video. An indexed video is very cool to use!  As the video plays, you can click on a label to go to the specific, identified steps of this task as the mechanic works on the engine and explains what he is doing. (The embedded video displayed above and below in the video players can be played on any device.)  This video is not indexed.

I believe that solutions for the Modern Workforce come from research in learning theory and organizational communication and organizational development.
I believe that solutions for the Modern Family include not only the best from clinical research, but even more from God’s presence in our lives. So, one could say “soulutions” are gifts from God. God heals both our psyche and our soul–our mind and our heart. I know God as a Christian person. I know that God has redeemed us already through Jesus Christ. God eagerly wants to embrace each one of us with love and reassurance. God may speak to us in any number of ways. The Gospel is so good, many people are scandalized and offended by God’s Grace, Mercy, and Justice! I believe God wants to speak to our psyche and soul–our mind and our heart, giving to each one of us such an assurance of God’s love that once we experience God’s presence in our heart, we will definitively know ourselves as eternally redeemed and blessed.

I created unique comprehensive worksheets that could be used as the teaching guide, as well as a job aid, and a step-by-step check-list, emphasizing both a whole-task and a part-task delivery method. Participants consistently stated the one-day training was the most useful training they have ever attended. The focus of the training was on the performance of counseling skill and learning how to use the training resources for learning key concepts that are required to administer and interpret the five couple assessment inventories. I also recommended a quality control method for training the pastors and mental health professionals, which provided an additional source of revenue for the company, Life Innovations, Inc.
